Synopsys, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNPS) today announced that its GalaxyTM Design Platform design platform supports 90% of FinFET-based production streams. More than 20 industry leaders around the world have successfully completed more than 100 FinFET tapes using this platform. Including Samsung, Intel Custom Foundry, Global Foundries and other foundries successfully used test chips and FinFET production streams for common customers using the Galaxy Design Platform, including Achronix, Creative Electronics (GUC), HiSilicon Technologies, Marvell, Netronome, NVIDIA, Samsung, etc., represent a diverse application market, including consumer electronics, wireless communications, graphics processing, and micro processing.
