1) Auxiliary power supply: The multi-function power meter has a universal (AC/DC) switching power supply input interface. The working voltage of the instrument limit is AC/DC: 80-270V. Please ensure that the power supply provided is suitable for this series of products. Prevent damage to the product.

It is recommended to install a 1A fuse on the side of the live line with AC power.

For areas with poor power quality, it is recommended to install a surge suppressor in the power circuit to prevent lightning strikes, as well as a fast burst suppressor.

2) Input signal: The multi-function power meter adopts the calculation method of separate collection of each measurement channel, which ensures the use is completely consistent and symmetrical. It has multiple wiring modes and is suitable for different load forms.

Description:

Voltage input: The input voltage should not be higher than the rated input voltage of the product (100V or 400V). Otherwise, the PT should be considered and a 1A fuse must be installed at the voltage input.

Current input: The standard rated input current is 5A. If it is greater than 5A, external CT should be used. If other instruments are connected to the CT, the wiring should be connected in series. Before removing the current input connection of the product, be sure to disconnect first. CT primary loop or short circuit secondary loop. It is recommended to use the terminal block, not directly connected to the CT, in order to facilitate disassembly.

Make sure that the input voltage and current are the same, the phase sequence is the same, and the direction is the same; otherwise, the value and symbol error will occur! ! (power and power)

The configuration of the meter input network is determined according to the number of CTs of the system. In the case of two CTs, the three-phase three-wire two-element method is selected; in the case of three CTs, the three-phase four-wire three-element method is selected. The input network NET set in the instrument wiring and instrument programming should be consistent with the wiring of the measured load, otherwise the voltage or power measured by the meter will be incorrect. Among the three-phase three-wire, the voltage is measured and displayed as the line voltage; and in the three-phase four-wire, the voltage measurement shows the phase voltage.

There are also 11 things to note when using multi-function power meters:

1. Before use, the meter needs to be powered for 15 minutes.

2, pay attention to prevent vibration and shock, do not use in places with excessive dust and excessive harmful gases.

3. The input wire should not be too long. If the input end of the signal to be tested is long, please try the twisted pair shielded wire.

4. If the signal is accompanied by high frequency interference, the low frequency filter should be tested online.

5. When not storing for a long time, please power on every three months for not less than 4 hours.

6, long-term preservation should avoid direct light, should be stored in the ambient temperature -25 ° C ~ 55 ° C.

7. If the meter has no display, check the auxiliary power supply first, and the voltage is within the range.

8. If the display is not normal, check if the input signal is normal and the signal terminal is tight.

9. Unless the PT has sufficient power, the PT signal cannot be used as an auxiliary power source at the same time to ensure the normal operation of the meter.

10. The current terminal screw in the CT circuit must be tightened to ensure reliable contact between the incoming and outgoing wires to avoid malfunction.

11. If the instrument is to be calibrated, the calibration instrument should be better than 0.1 to ensure the calibration accuracy.
