(8) If there is a large amount of oil extrusion between the wire rope joints during work, this is a precursor to the breakage of the wire rope. It should be stopped immediately to find out the cause.
(9) The wire rope at work shall not be rubbed against other objects, especially metal objects with angular edges; the wire ropes on the ground shall be lifted by pads or rollers.
(10) The connection between the end of the wire rope and the lifting drum, the end of the lifting wire rope itself or the connection with the hook shall be fixed by mode, and a rope head with a length of not less than 2.5 times the diameter of the wire rope shall be reserved.
(11) When using wire rope clamps, the horse-riding clips should be used as much as possible, and the inner clearance of the “Uâ€-shaped bolts should be compatible with the diameter of the wire ropes.
Operation process
For the string, the bolt must be tightened and the diameter of the wire rope should be flattened.
1. When loading and unloading the steel wire rope, please use it to gently load and unload the lifting equipment or the slide plate to avoid damage and chaos of the rope. When the ground is transported, the wire rope plate is not allowed to roll on the uneven ground, so that the surface of the wire rope is pressed. Injury; it is strictly forbidden to use the surface of the wire rope as the fulcrum of the lever to move the wire rope on the shaft; when the wire rope without the outer package is transported, the surface of the wire rope should not be stuck with stones, clay, etc. that affect the use; it should be wound or loosened in the correct direction.
2. The wire rope should be stored in a dry, ventilated, rainproof and moisture-proof warehouse to prevent direct sunlight or hot air drying. The wire ropes in the warehouse cannot be stacked in multiple layers. If the wire rope is stored for a long time, it should be checked frequently to prevent rust. After rust occurs, it should be treated in time and re-applied with lubricating oil. If the corrosion is serious, the wire rope should be disposed of. If the wire rope is placed outdoors, it should be placed on a dry floor, padded with a wood plate, and covered with a tarpaulin.
3. Use a new wire rope to run at a low speed; if possible, pre-stretch the wire before use. It can improve the life; it should prevent overload, overspeed and prevent shock and vibration.
4. Inspection of wire rope: When using wire rope, regular inspection should be carried out according to relevant regulations, and the inspection results should be recorded. The inspection contents shall include the following items: wire rope wear degree, wire breakage condition, corrosion degree, lubrication condition, deformation condition, rope connection part or end fastening part, and other abnormal phenomena. The wire rope slides on the components such as the reel, the pulley and the wire wheel. The friction member can easily grind the groove to accelerate the wear of the wire rope. Sometimes the wear of the pulley will deform the wire rope and increase the bending fatigue. Therefore, these components must be carefully checked and replaced and corrected if they are not suitable.
5. It should be scrapped regularly and the wire rope should be replaced.
