The world's first transparent and color-adjustable OLED lighting panel

LOIGB (LED and OLED integrated into lighting systems for glass and plastic composites and used in railway applications) has been completed, LOPEC (International Print Electronics Exhibition and Conference) held in Munich from March 4th to 5th, 2015 This achievement was demonstrated at Booth 230 of Hall B0.

Color-adjustable OLED module with a diameter of 55 mm has a 42 mm active light area

Layer structure of a 3-color controllable OLED

2-color transparent color change OLED module

The goal of the project is to develop a large-area color-adjustable OLED module that emits red, green and blue (RGB) colors, a mixed color that is white and individually controllable. Therefore, any color required, including white, a large-area 3-color variable OLED module is intended to be applied and implemented in an implementation project.

The OLED module is 55 mm in diameter and has a 42 mm active light area that is fully encapsulated within the film, allowing the OLED module to be laminated in a glass composite.

The VELVEOLED lighting panel jointly manufactured by Mitsubishi and Japan Pioneer was once the world's first color and color temperature adjustable OLED lighting panel, but in 2015 LOPEC exhibited this new product from SBFSpezialleuchten Co., Ltd., the world's first transparent color grading The OLED panel, as shown above, the 2-color transparent color-changing OLED module can display a gradient from blue to white and yellow. One application area is the use of light sources in the ladle glass sheets of the train luggage compartment, and is being implemented in the project.

Color-variable OLED applications are very flexible, and can be applied to in-vehicle lighting, especially in the automotive and rail industries, such as ambient or accent lighting, in general lighting applications such as in windows, wall units or wallpaper. In addition, the aviation industry has shown great interest in this technology and can be applied to ambient lighting in aircraft cabins.

At present, scientists are committed to the continued development of the product to achieve higher yields and lower manufacturing costs, and ultimately achieve roll-type flexible OLED. In addition, it is important to develop an intuitive control method for the lighting element. Compared with the traditional light source (on/off), the complex functions of the product (such as segmented dimming, color grading and dynamic effects) require a new easy-to-operate method. A simple control is absolutely necessary for this innovative lighting technology to gain market acceptance.

The project is funded by the European Union and the Free State Government of Saxony (funded literature).

Floor Brackets Of Cable Tray

Floor brackets are an essential component of cable tray systems. They are used to support cable trays on the floor, providing a secure and stable platform for cable management. In this article, we will take a closer look at floor brackets of cable tray systems.
What are floor brackets?
Floor brackets are metal structures that are designed to support and secure cable trays on the floor. They are typically made of steel or aluminum and come in various sizes and shapes to accommodate different cable tray configurations. Floor brackets are attached to the floor using bolts or screws and provide a stable base for cable trays to rest on.
Types of floor brackets
There are several types of floor brackets available for cable tray systems. The most common types include:
1. L-shaped brackets: These brackets are shaped like an L and are used to support cable trays that run parallel to the wall. They are typically attached to the floor using two bolts or screws.
2. U-shaped brackets: These brackets are shaped like a U and are used to support cable trays that run perpendicular to the wall. They are typically attached to the floor using four bolts or screws.
3. Z-shaped brackets: These brackets are shaped like a Z and are used to support cable trays that run at an angle. They are typically attached to the floor using four bolts or screws.
4. T-shaped brackets: These brackets are shaped like a T and are used to support cable trays that intersect with other cable trays. They are typically attached to the floor using four bolts or screws.
