Motor two control circuit schematic
For the convenience of operation, one device has several control panels or button stations, and operation control can be performed everywhere. To achieve multi-site control, the start button is used in parallel in the control line, and the stop button is used in series.
The above figure is an example of two-site control to analyze the motor multi-site control circuit. The two start buttons SB12 and SB22 are connected in parallel, and the two stop buttons SB11 and SB21 are connected in series.
The operation process is as follows:
First, the motor starts;
1. Close the air switch QF to connect the three-phase power supply.
2. Press the start button SB12 or SB22 (for the convenience of operation). The AC contactor KM coil is energized, the main contact is closed, and the motor is running. At the same time, the KM assisted normally open contact is self-locking.
Second, the motor stops;
1. Press the stop button SB11 or SB21 (for the convenience of operation). The contactor KM coil loses power, the contacts of KM are all released, and the motor stops.
Third, the overload protection of the motor is completed by the thermal relay FR.
