China Lighting Network: According to our understanding, your institute has won national and ministerial awards in major projects such as Baiyun Airport Design Project, Guangzhou University City Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Guangdong Longgang International Cycling Stadium. Excuse me, which large projects are you currently responsible for? What is the goal to achieve?
Chen Jianwei: My main job now is to be responsible for the electrical professional technical management and the production and operation management of the Electrical and Mechanical Institute. The items I have recently focused on include the following:
1. The Asian Games Comprehensive Gymnasium and the Main Media Center. This is the largest and most technically challenging venue in the new venues of the Asian Games. The project has entered the stage of decoration and equipment installation. The goal is to provide a guarantee for the Asian Games. It is safe, comfortable, high-tech, and meets the sports venues that are used after the game, energy saving and environmental protection.
2, Asian Games City technical officials village "smart home" project, this is a demonstration project of smart home in Guangzhou, is currently being implemented, the goal of this project is to guide the domestic smart home industry to the direction of integration, humanity.
The above two projects have been approved by the Science and Technology Department of Guangdong Province and the Science and Technology Plan of Guangzhou Science and Technology Bureau. Our institute will carry out a series of scientific research work in combination with these two projects, including the “Green Energy Saving Technology Demonstration Project†related to lighting and “Research and Application Demonstration of Solar Wind Energy Complementary LED Street Lightsâ€.
3. China's spallation neutron source project, which is the largest research facility since the founding of New China. China Lighting Network: You have done so many years of design, that equipment design is also a field you specialize in, in the design of equipment in China, such as mechanical and electrical equipment. What do you think is the direction of development? What is the experience with architectural lighting design?
Chen Jianwei: I think that the development direction of electromechanical equipment has two aspects: First, with the implementation of national energy conservation and emission reduction and low carbon economic policies, energy conservation and environmental protection are the inevitable direction for the development of electromechanical equipment; second, in the control of electromechanical equipment, Informatization and intelligence are the development trend.
Architectural lighting should first meet the needs of using functions, that is, to meet the requirements of illumination, uniformity, color temperature, etc., which is the most fundamental point, followed by the visual effect of lighting, that is, comfort and beauty, and the third is lighting energy saving, including lighting. Ways of energy saving, energy-saving lamps, light source and electrical accessories, lighting control and energy saving. Lighting design should consider these three elements comprehensively, and achieve the unity of function, effect and energy saving. This is the successful design.
I think lighting energy saving is the most potential place in building energy conservation. Engineers engaged in lighting design know that the “power density value†is a mandatory regulation for lighting energy-saving design documents. The lighting power density value is only the most energy-saving design. Basic requirements. There are many measures for lighting energy saving. If there are conditions to use natural light, use more direct lighting. Outdoor floodlighting can make use of some indoor lighting as much as possible. Consider basic lighting and local lighting. Try to open as little as possible... and so on. Lighting control is also a good energy-saving measure. According to the use characteristics of lighting in different places, appropriate control methods are adopted to shorten the time for invalid lighting to be opened, such as public places such as corridors/garages/conference rooms, large-scale office spaces, Centralized control such as floodlighting, group timing control, human body sensing control, scene control, etc., with or without the use of lamps is the greatest energy saving.
China Lighting Network: What do you think is the biggest difference between the domestic architectural design industry and the international market? Can you talk about the development trend of building electrical design?
Chen Jianwei: Over the years, our institute has had experience in designing cooperation with many overseas design institutes. I believe that the professional division of foreign designers is not so fine in China, and it pays more attention to the overall technical plan and the selection of major equipment selection, and attaches great importance to the control of cost. This is a place worth learning. Domestic designers have a fine division of labor, narrow and precise knowledge, pay more attention to detail, and have certain advantages in specific technical measures. I think that the difference between the two is mainly formed by the system. The foreign design industry is high-value intellectual labor, and the domestic design industry is low-value intelligence plus physical (drawing) labor.
Building electrical is an application technology, and some of the more mature technologies are applied. It is difficult to make major breakthroughs in the past years. It is only in terms of the reliability of power supply and the safety of power consumption, and the technical performance of equipment is more advanced. More emphasis is placed on energy conservation, and there is an increasing use of weak (intelligent) systems. I think the development trend of building electrical design has such a few points: First, the market expects designers to have more and more requirements for the overall technical solution (technical) control and cost control, which requires us to have a wider range of designers. The accumulation of knowledge and experience in all aspects, that is to say, the proportion of “high-value intellectual labor†mentioned above will increase; second, the application of building intelligence and energy-saving technologies will become more in-depth and will become more and more important; It is a refined design. With the maturity of various computer-aided design software, its application will become more and more popular, making refined design possible, such as pipeline synthesis, 3D construction drawings, automatic generation of equipment materials... Refined design The engineering budget can be more precise, reducing the construction cost of the project and shortening the construction period.
China Lighting Network: After you won the 10th "Guangzhou Top Ten Outstanding Youth" as an "energy-saving expert", what work has you done in the field of energy conservation?
Chen Jianwei: Honor belongs to the past. In the past two years, I have not paid special attention to the field of energy conservation. First of all, I am doing my job well. Of course, building energy conservation is also a key point of my own work. In addition to grasping the energy-saving design of projects within my scope of responsibility, Participated in some energy-saving demonstration projects and technology promotion work, such as the Guangzhou Asian Games City project, and actively carried out the scientific research work of the "Guangzhou Asian Games Major Technology Integration Application Demonstration Project" and "Guangzhou Asian Games Green Energy Conservation Technology Demonstration Project". Through demonstration projects, the application of energy-saving technologies is promoted at a wider level. There is also the promotion of energy-saving technologies through media, forums, etc. For example, in December last year, "Guangdong Construction News" reported on my interview with a half-page, the topic is - building energy conservation should pay attention to "soft energy saving", I proposed The concept of “soft energy saving†means taking thermal insulation and shading of buildings, using insulation and insulation materials for renewable walls and roofs, controlling the ratio of window to wall of buildings, controlling the power density of lighting, etc. On the basis of the "hard energy-saving" measures, through the application of self-control technology and management technology means, further deepen the energy-saving potential of buildings and improve the energy efficiency of buildings, that is, how to "use energy efficiently." It is hoped that the majority of designers, owners and construction authorities will fully recognize the significance of “soft energy conservation†and give due attention to them, and call for the “soft energy conservation†technical measures to be incorporated into the government construction supervision procedures.
China Lighting Network: In the field of architectural design, we want to be a designer who is always at the forefront. What conditions and mentality do you think you have?
Chen Jianwei: I think that to be a good designer, it is not enough to rely on cleverness. It should have a high overall quality. The first is the character, the second is to have a broad vision, and then the way of thinking, learning and professional foundation. Character refers to a person's career pursuit, professionalism, professional ethics, responsibility, values ​​and so on. A good character designer is to pursue work as a career, not just as a career to make money, work without distracting thoughts, forgetting to invest, can sleep and forget to eat, regardless of personal gains and losses, in order to be able to stand up and work hard, to be open-minded Good at communicating and cooperating with others. If the utilitarian heart is too strong, it must be short-sighted and impetuous. This is why I put the character in the first place. Vision refers to the overall view and ability to grasp the future development trend of technology. Good designers should not only be limited to their own professional fields, but also have a certain understanding of relevant professional knowledge, focus on the overall situation, grasp the key points, both have Professional depth, but also a certain breadth.
