Entrusted by the tenderee, the bidding invitation for the procurement of flat single-axis brackets for photovoltaic power generation projects in Hezhou Huaneng Recycling Economy and Industrial Demonstration Zone in the 7th Batch of China Resources Power South China Region 2016 was conducted.

Second, the tender situation and bidder qualification requirements

(B) Title: Flat single-axis bracket procurement

(III) Tenderee: China Resources Power (Hezhou) Co., Ltd.

(IV) Bidding content and scope: Total tendering volume of 6MWp 72 pieces of polycrystalline silicon or 72 pieces of monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic flat single-axis bracket, the tenderee will follow the actual requirements of the project design scheme and equipment, with the unit price unchanged. Increase or decrease the supply of equipment, increase or decrease the amount by no more than 5% of the total amount. The scope of the bidding is crystalline silicon photovoltaic flat single-axis brackets and spare parts, consumables, special tools, technical documents (including relevant review documents required by the state and power management departments), etc., technical liaison meetings, equipment packaging, and transportation (onsite Delivery), installation instructions, commissioning, commissioning, 10-year warranty and training and other technical services.

Bidders can only choose one type of product for bidding.

(5) Qualifications and performance requirements of bidders:

1. Independent legal persons registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).

2. The bidder is not a trustee.

3. The bidder has not breached any contract in the last three years or has been terminated or made any contract cancelled due to the bidder's reason.

4. Do not accept consortium bids.

5. Do not accept the agent's bid.

6. Do not accept tenders for OEM activities.

(7) Delivery/Construction Period: The first batch of flat single-axis brackets will be delivered before March 10, 2017 and all shipments will be completed on April 10. On the basis of this delivery plan, the buyer has the right to adjust the delivery time of the PV racks appropriately according to the progress of the project with the written approval of the seller. The specific delivery date please ship according to the delivery notice.
