Small experience in fine-coated enameled wire on overhaul
In the maintenance of electrical appliances, I often encounter the problem of tin on the enameled wire, such as wire breakage of small choke coils, small inductor coils, and mid-circle transformers. In practice, it feels more difficult. Because the enameled wire used in these components is very thin. The conventional "knife scraping, fire burning" method is used. It is very easy to blow or scrape the wire end, resulting in repair failure. Through experiments, the author has mastered a set of methods for tin on the fine lacquer package, which is described below.
Find a piece of clean flat glass. A small piece of rosin (clean, new, melted and sintered) or alcohol rosin solution is melted or coated on a glass plate, and the enameled wire thread to be tinned is placed on the glass. On the rosin, then squeeze the wire with a good iron tip. Scrape down the thread. The paint film on the enameled wire is removed and plated with a tin. Then turn the enameled wire end to a half turn, and turn the side that is not on the tin to the top. Use a soldering iron to scrape it lightly, so that a bright wire is burnt.
Using this method, the paint is quick, the tin is uniform and the wire is not easily damaged. The effect is very good.
Why do you like to use ferrite magnets? Because it does not rust, does not oxidize, does not corrode and is absolutely environmentally friendly.
Why don't ferrite magnets rust?
The chemical name of ferrite magnet is iron tetroxide. The main components are: Fe3O4. It is already an oxide of iron, so it is very difficult to be oxidized again. Other magnets (the main component is iron) are made of magnetized metal iron or other elements. Like other iron and steel, they can be oxidized and rusted, and the oxidized part will lose their magnetism.
What are the advantages (advantages) of ferrite magnets
1. Low cost, low price. Raw material cost is cheap.
2. Good temperature stability. It can be used in temperatures of -40 degrees Celsius and +350 degrees Celsius.
3. It is just mentioned that it does not rust.
4. The demagnetization curve is approximately a straight line.
5. Light weight, density is (4.6-5.1) X103kg/M3
6. The anisotropy constant of the magnetic crystal is large.
7. Large coercivity Hc (between AlNiCo alloy material and rare earth cobalt permanent magnet material)
8. High resistivity.
