Production steps:Assembling the river light: Prepare the LED and the battery holder. For the sake of simplicity, the LED is directly soldered to the battery holder without using a circuit board or a wire. In order to prevent the battery holder from blocking the light, the final sphere is bright and dark. It is planned to install the blue LED symmetrically on both sides of the battery holder while illuminating both sides.
According to the shape of the battery holder, the LED pin is bent, and the long end is a positive pole, which is folded at a right angle to the flat end of the battery holder, and a short section is bent with the curvature of the battery holder.
After the bend is made, the excess pins are cut off, and the length is only slightly longer than the pins of the battery holder when resting on the battery holder.
Before soldering, the two LEDs are respectively placed at the two ends of the battery holder, and the lead pins of the battery and the battery holder are in contact with each other. Solder the LED and the corresponding pins of the battery holder.
