At present, household humidifiers on the market generally use ultrasonic waves to atomize water, and blow the atomized water vapor out of the casing through a fan to achieve the effect of humidifying air. The electrical schematic diagram is shown in the drawing. After the mains power passes through the switching power supply, it outputs two voltages of 36V and 12V. Among them, the 36V power supply water vapor atomization module. 12V power supply fan. In the circuit, D1 and D2 are respectively a water shortage indicator and a work indicator; the reed switch is a liquid level detection switch; and RT1 is a mist size adjustment potentiometer. The core of 02 and its peripheral circuits are ultrasonic generating circuits.

First, the working principle of the adder

After turning on the power. The switching power supply outputs 36V and 12V. When the water storage tank has not been placed in the base or the water storage tank is short of water, the magnet is away from the reed switch, and the reed switch pops open. Ql is turned on, the water shortage indicator D1 is on, the work indicator D2 is off; the Q2 base has no voltage, and the ultrasonic generating circuit does not vibrate. When the water tank is filled with an appropriate amount of water, the magnet is close to the reed switch, the reed switch is sucked, and the QI is turned off because its base becomes high. At the same time, D2 is bright, Dl is off, the current is passed through the reed switch, and after being divided by R3 and R6, it is sent to the ultrasonic generating circuit via R5 and RT1, and the ultrasonic generating circuit starts to vibrate, thereby generating mist, which is blown out by the fan to reach the indoor The effect of humidifying the air.

Second, common troubleshooting

[Example 1] The atomized water vapor could not be blown out of the casing.

Overhaul: Turn on the warmer, plug in the power, and find that the fan does not turn. After removing the fan, measure the output of the switching power supply to 12V. Normally, it is judged that the fan is broken. After replacing the fan, the fault is eliminated.

[Example 2] No reaction at the time of energization.

Overhaul: Turn on the power, measure no output at 36V, 12V, and judge that the switching power supply is faulty. When the switching power supply is removed, the rectification part is blackened. After measurement, the rectifier diode (1N4007) is damaged. After replacement, the fault is eliminated.

[Example 3] The water vapor atomization is weak, and the adjustment knob does not work. 'Overhaul: After measuring 36V, 12V, the output is normal, Q2 has no breakdown phenomenon, and the resistance parts are not burnt black, but it is found that the water storage tank has more dirt, and the surface of the transducing device and the bottom of the pool are accumulated. A layer of scale, the meal is washed thoroughly and then energized, and the atomization effect returns to normal.

Tip: In daily use, many of the malfunctions of the humidifier are caused by scale. Therefore, the water storage tank and the liquid level detection part of the humidifier should be cleaned frequently to prevent the deposition of dirt. If conditions permit, pure water can be considered as the humidifier. .
