According to the "Guangdong Province Local Standards Management Measures" and other requirements, the Guangdong Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau organized an expert group to review the 2016 provincial LED lighting industry local standard development plan project (the first batch).
The eight local standards are: LED device optical color online test method, LED ultraviolet radiation test method, LED lighting stroboscopic limit and measurement method, LED light diffusing coating, flat inkjet UV LED curing system performance requirements , LED light source anti-sulfurization corrosion reliability detection method, primary and secondary school classroom lighting design specifications, LED filament lamp.
The drafting units responsible for this local standard include Hongli Zhihui, Guoxing Optoelectronics, Jingke Electronics, Sanan Optoelectronics, TCL, Foshan Lighting, Kewei Optoelectronics, Silicon Energy Lighting, Op Lighting.
After research, it was decided to seek the proposed project for the eight local LED lighting industry local standards development projects (first batch, see attachment) for the proposed project. The deadline for comments is September 29, 2016.
It is worth noting that this local standard saw the standard development plan for LED filament lamps for the first time.
As a sub-category of LED bulbs, the demand for filament lamps has grown rapidly in recent years.
According to the survey data of the High-tech Research Institute LED Research Institute (GGII), the global LED filament lamp market demand reached 70 million in 2015, an increase of 367%. It is estimated that the global LED filament lamp market demand will reach 220 million in 2016.
At the same time, with the final phase of the incandescent ban on October 1st, the market demand for filament lamps, which mainly replace traditional incandescent lamps, is expected to continue to grow.
However, at present, there is no relevant standard for filament lamps in China. Especially in the past, the overseas share of filament lamps has been relatively high.
At the 2016 High-tech LED National Lights Special Seminar, Zhang Hong, the deputy general manager of the survey and testing, shared the relevant testing standards for filament lamps in foreign markets.
"The strict market access and sampling system in the United States has left many people still outside the market." Zhang Hong said that the difficulty in the entry requirements for LED filament lamps in the US market lies in temperature rise and volume, drop test of light bulbs, and light intensity. Distribution, lumen maintenance testing, etc.
For example, the drop test of a light bulb usually requires that the human hand cannot touch the live parts after the drop test. The requirement of the light intensity distribution is that the average change of the intensity measurement value of the 0-130 degree area of ​​the omnidirectional light does not exceed 60%, and does not exceed 20%. The average change in light intensity measurements exceeds 35%, while the 130-180 degree region is not less than 5% of the total luminous flux.
