Entegris officially acquires Surme Semiconductor Coatings
Entegris has announced that it has officially acquired the high-purity semiconductor coatings business unit of Surme. Upon completion of the acquisition, Entegris' capabilities in semiconductor applications such as purification, protection, and key raw materials will be improved, and Entegris' global customer resources will be increased by transferring existing customers in the Surme semiconductor coatings segment. The details of the transaction between the two parties were not disclosed.
