Adjustable constant current source circuit diagram
The figure shows an adjustable constant current source circuit composed of SF741.
The illustrated line uses the ED junction of the triode as the 0.7V voltage regulator. Adjusting the base unit W (22K), the constant current limit can be controlled at 0.3~10MA, when the constant current is less than 6MA, the load R2 is changed by 0~1K. At the time, the current I0 changes by 0.01MA. The implementation data is shown in the table.
