The ADCMP392 is a dual channel rail-to-rail input low power comparator for general purpose applications. The device operates from a single 2.3 V to 5.5 V supply and consumes very low power. The four-channel ADCMP392 consumes only 22.1 μA. The device operates with low voltage and low current characteristics, making it ideal for battery-powered systems.
The common-mode input voltage range is 200 mV above the supply rail, and the offset voltage is typically 1 mV across the common-mode voltage range and incorporates a UVLO monitor. In addition, the comparator is designed to allow the output to have a defined state upon power up. If the supply voltage is below the UVLO threshold, the comparator produces a logic low output.
The ADCMP392 is available in an 8-lead narrow-body SOIC package and is specified over the extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.

To increase the hysteresis, see Figure 21. Two resistors are used to generate different switching thresholds depending on whether the amplitude of the input signal is increasing or decreasing. When the input voltage increases, the threshold is higher than VREF; when the input voltage decreases, the threshold is lower than VREF.
