(2) The maximum price of the project is RMB 546.604 million. If the bid price of each bidder is higher than the maximum price of each contract, the quotation is regarded as invalid quotation.

7. Time for purchase of bids: from February 24, 2010 to March 15, 2010, from 8:00 to 12:00 Beijing time, from 14:30 to 17:30 pm (excluding holidays);

9. The price of the bidding documents: 50 yuan/set. If the mail order is purchased, an additional 50 yuan must be added. The bidding documents will not be returned. Fujian Tianhai Tendering Co., Ltd. will not be liable for any delay or loss that may occur during the mailing process.

10. Deadline for submission of bids: March 16, 2010 at 14:30 pm (Beijing time).

11. Time and place for opening the bid: On March 16, 2010, at 14:30 pm (Beijing time), the opening hall of the 4th floor of China Travel Service Building, No. 171 Hudong Road, Fuzhou City. Received by Fujian Tianhai Tendering Co., Ltd., the tender documents received late or not meeting the requirements will be rejected.

12. If there is any doubt about this bidding, the questions must be submitted to Fujian Tianhai Tendering Co., Ltd. by letter or fax in writing before the deadline of 5 days. The question of verbally submitting questions and clarification will not be accepted.
