Microsoft's MR head confirmed to be officially launched on October 17
In addition to Microsoft's October 10 launch of the annual update of Windows 10's Fall Creators Update, the long-awaited purchase of MR equipment will be officially launched on the same day. Although Microsoft’s original goal was to have the MR equipment cost as little as US$300, HP, Lenovo, and Dell ultimately requested a slightly more expensive US$350, and even a dedicated motion controller would cost US$450, compared with multiple reductions. Pricing for the two mainstream VR devices, HTC VIVE and Oculus Rift + Touch, doesn't feel too expensive. 
However, the Windows MR device still has its advantages: it has a screen resolution of 1,440 x 1,440 @ 90Hz per side, and does not require the installation of a separate position tracker. The reason is that Microsoft applied the "inside-out" space tracking technology originally used in HoloLens. In addition, MR devices like Acer's launches are even lighter and have a better experience.
