Operation points

Since there is no automatic limit device for the lifting and lowering of the demoulding screw, the limit position of the lead screw ascending and descending must be strictly observed during operation. The screw can only be lowered within the allowable range and cannot be violated, otherwise the instrument will be damaged. If the clearance height from the top plane of the stripper to the bottom plane of the top plate of the instrument is too large or too small, the position of the top plate should be adjusted to meet the requirements (the bottom surface of the top plate should be perpendicular to the screw when adjusting).

According to the test piece, different specifications of the test plate and the upper plate should be equipped to adjust the bolts on the table and the screws on the plate.

When using, first plug the power plug and socket into the power supply. After use, please unplug the power plug to disable the whole machine.

The power cabinet is equipped with a three-phase two-speed motor, two AC contactors, and two stroke control switches. When the power is turned on and the power indicator is off, check whether the power plug is in good contact.

If the motor does not move during use (ie, the motor rotates and the pusher does not rise), the rear cover of the power cabinet can be opened to properly adjust the position of the motor so that the V-belt is tensioned and can operate normally.
